• Amazon Connect and Google DialogFlow implementations
• Data Analytics and Testing services
• Other technology consulting and development services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUMMER SOLUTIONS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summer Solutions and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vijayawada, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.
